Welcome to our friendly, locally rooted equestrian facility just minutes from Old Town Fort Collins. Our mission is simple: to create a space where every rider feels at home. We’re proud to offer a welcoming, down-to-earth environment where connection, growth, and a shared love of horses matter more than perfection.
With a relaxed and authentic atmosphere, our barn is a place where riders of all levels can come together, build confidence, and truly enjoy the experience of being around horses.

FACILITY FAQs
We offer full-care boarding designed to keep both horses and owners comfortable, supported, and cared for. Our goal is to provide a consistent, well-managed environment where horses can thrive and owners can enjoy peace of mind. We have multiple stall, stall/run and turnout options- schedule a barn tour to find the right home for your horse!
Board typically includes stall care, daily turnout (weather and safety permitting), feeding, and access to facility amenities such as arenas and common areas. Specific inclusions may vary based on your horse’s needs and boarding arrangement.
Our barn is relaxed, friendly, and community-oriented. We value good horsemanship, kindness, and respect over formality or competition. It’s a place where people know each other and feel at home.

Yes! We are located very close to the Poudre River Trail System and are just a short drive from Lory State Park.
Yes. Our barn is actively managed, and we take pride in being present and involved. We also have hired barn hands to assist in high quality equine care and daily facility operations.
The best first step is to schedule a visit. We’ll walk you through available options, assess your horse’s needs, and find the best fit for both horse and owner.
Yes, outside trainers are welcome with prior approval and a small fee. We simply ask that all professionals align with barn policies and maintain a respectful, safe environment for all boarders and horses.
Yes, we do have Trailer parking available to our boarders. We do charge a parking fee on a per month basis.
